Ronald L. Kammer  is  the principal of Insurance Consultants and Advisors LLC ("ICA").  Prior to forming ICA he was a partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm. During his 45 and 1/2 year career at the firm he served as the Co-Practice Group Leader of the firm's Insurance Services Practice.  Ron is Chambers rated, a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel and selected three times as Lawyer Of The Year by Best Lawyers in America in both Insurance Coverage and Legal Malpractice-Defense.

Ron served as the National Co-Chair for the American Bar Association's Insurance Coverage Litigation and Trial Evidence committees. In 2022 he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the legal profession in south Florida. During his career Ron tried cases in both state and federal court.  He handled appeals before the First, Seventh and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals as well as before Florida's appellate courts and supreme court. Over 200 cases he handled are reported in state and federal digests.  He also has been qualified and testified as an expert in both federal and state courts throughout Florida.
